6 Things About Me You Just Might Not Know
1. I didn't even know this until about 6 months ago. Apparently, I'm claustrophobic. I had to have an MRI on my brain and so once they got me into the tube...which is very small, dark and confining I might add...anyway, I started to have a panic attack. I had no fears whatsoever prior to going in. I hopped on the table, got strapped in and they backed me in. Then "boom" just like that the panic started. Next time I'll opt for the Valium.2. I'm really OCD about certain things. Beds, they have to be made a certain way. The Dishwasher, it has to be loaded just so. Laundry, I have a certain way it has to be done, especially the folding part. Never volunteer to help me do laundry. The worst, is anything printed...word documents, flyers, programs, mailers, etc. I am super picky and am pretty good at finding typos. Ask Chris! :0)
3. I hate cooking. I really don't enjoy anything about it except maybe eating it. I’m not really even a fan of baking unless there isn’t anyone around to scold me when I eat the batter. To me, cooking is just another word(s) for "making a mess". If you cook, you have to clean. I'm sort of a neat freak and I HATE messes.
4. When I was in high school (this is embarrassing really) during my Freshman year, well, and even before that, I really really really wanted glasses, braces and to go to catholic school because they got to wear cute plaid skirts...and they were short! So, in Jr. High, I faked an eye exam so I could get glasses. Unfortunately, I didn't fool the Doctor, just my mom. I always wanted braces but have been blessed with fairly straight teeth so I'd take silver gum wrappers, foil, paperclips or whatever and put them on my teeth to pretend. And lastly, if anyone remembers me in my teenage years in Hawaii, you might remember my short plaid skirts, white shirts, white tights and black shoes. My vain attempt to look like I went to catholic school. Which, in hindsight, made me look like a big idiot.
5. You may or may not know this. I knew I was going to marry Chris when I was 14 years old and wrote it in my diary. It just took me 5 years to convince him! You probably all think it was Grandma Nellie...we just let her think that. :0)
6. I'm easily startled. I am a really jumpy person. It doesn't take much to send me jumping. Chris scared me really bad once when we were first married and I have never been the same since. Vili Jr. used to be really good at scaring me. I'm sure he's having a good chuckle right now if he is reading this!

Michelle,
I am glad I found your blog. How are things in Orem? We are missing the beautiful fall weather in Utah. It was 95 degrees today! Did you grow your big pumpkins this year? Check us out at http://nordfeltfamily.blogspot.com
I 10000000% agree with you on cooking.... I only see it as this big mess I have to clean up.. and don't enjoy it much myself :)
Angie and I both didn't know about you and Chris - that is so adorable! What a fun post - and what a relief that if we are at your house we don't have to help with the laundry! ;) Just kidding. =)
