I found these cute teacher gift ideas on a blog a while back and thought I'd like to make some for the kids teachers. However, this month has been crazy and I haven't had time to get to them. Yesterday I found a little bit of time and decided to try and put some together. I am not that creative and hate it when I can't do it exactly like the sample. I think hers turned out so much cuter. But, with the little amount of time and limited amount of Valentines Day stuff left in the stores, I thought they turned out ok.
Also, I tried to make McKenna's hair into a heart today. She got tons of compliments on it while I helped at her party. This wasn't exactly how it was supposed to go, it was supposed to be bigger and using more of her hair, but I promised I'd do loopy loops and was halfway through when I remembered I was going to do the heart so I had to improvise. Also, it is school spirit day which is why she has yellow ribbons instead of red or pink.

Happy Valentines Day!

You always were 'very talented' when it came to 'hair!' McKenna's hair is darling!
I love the hand sanitizer bottles. Don't be down on yourself. They're cute! I love them! I visited the site you typed and hers are cute, but I like yours! It reminds me of the soap bottles we did a few years ago. I'm definitely keeping this idea in mind! It would make a great VT gift too! :o)
Michelle what are you talking about you are so creative... I am amazed by all you do. The bottles turned out awesome as anything you do. And I love McKenna's hair that is such a idea- and that is awesome that she will sit long enough for you to do cute things to her hair. My girls won't let me.
Happy Valentine's Day
I love the hair! I wish I could do fun stuff with my girls' hair also. Maybe they will let me try doing the hearts today. I'm definitely going to try to make some of those cute sanitizer bottles too! Thanks for the great ideas!
I love the heart in the hair! I'll never ever be able to do my girls hair in cute ways like that, poor things. I also think your bottles are darling! Although I'm somewhat struggling with a potentially dangerous addiction to the Purell smell, so seeing the picture of the hand sanitizer on your blog makes me have to talk myself out of going and sanitizing my hands, which happen to be rather clean at the moment, eek.
Um, you are amazing! I love those bottles! And the hair...the hair! When Ally's get long enough to "do" I am coming to you for lessons!
I loved McKenna's hair. You do such great work!! And thanks for the bottles idea! Even homeschooling he now and then has different teachers (other mom's) that might enjoy a little reminding that they are appreciated!!
WOW, you are so talented! I want to save this post so that when I have girls I can remember that hairstyle! It is SO SO cute!
I can't believe you think you are not creative!!! That is one of the many titles I would give you in a heartbeat! The treats turned out darling and the heart hair is the cutest!
So cute! I love McKenna's hair! And I love the sanitizer bottle's you made...they turned out great!
