it's no use crying over spilt milk, probably didn't have a brand new gallon drop and bust open....all over the living room floor, on the rug and splash up into the bookshelf. I cried. I don't care if it doesn't do any good, I was NOT happy. Yes, I should have handled it better, I admit I lost it. However, I can look back at it now and laugh...for now. Check back in a week to see if my rug smells like sour milk.

I am so sorry michelle. I would of cried to and probably screamed. :0)
This reminds me of an incident that happened when your little brother (about age 10)who spilled a ffreshly made 'one gallon' of lemonade right inside the refridgerator door. It went all over the inside of the fridge and out all over the floor and part of the wall. It was the 'only time' I laughed instead of cried. He howled 'Why me! Why is it always me!' Perhaps because he was carrying it back to the fridge only holding the top of the lid. Julie was on her mission and I drew a cartoon and sent it in one of her letters. What a laugh for her! :o)
Milk is the worst! Whenever Tillie gets drippy with a milk sippy there is big time trouble round here. I'm sooo sorry!
And mom, I think you need to do a little number crunching, David would probably have been closer to fifteen since Julie was on her mission and I know that you were in your house in Covington at the time so I'm pretty sure he was not ten. Unless you were fudging the numbers to go easy on him, whoops.
Oops! You are right Lisa! He was about that age. What can I say! Thanks for correcting my memory. :o) It was still funny for me, although David did not think it was funny at all. However if you ask him today he kind of chuckles but it's not a fond memory for him. Milk is far worse probably. Lemonade is 'very sticky' and I remember it took quite a long time to clean up and not have the floor feel sticky anymore. :o) Good times!
O my Michelle I would have cried too! I hope you can get that out so it does not smell!
