McKiley's Baptism

This summer a family moved in next door that had a girl about Lauren's age. They quickly became friends and are pretty much inseparable now. Sadly, she will be moving again in about two weeks and I really am sad that Lauren will lose her new friend. While she has been here though she started investigating the church and meeting with the missionaries. She would come to church with us when she wasn't visiting her dad and come to the activities. She decided to be baptized just before Christmas and asked if Chris would baptize her. We have loved having McKiley around and will miss her when she moves. This was a really good experience for Lauren to share her testimony with McKiley, to meet with the missionaries and to experience what it is like for someone who hasn't grown up in the church.
