Tyler turned 13 on August 17th. It was one of those crazy busy days where we hardly saw him and the first time all day that the entire family was around to have cake and ice cream was at 10:15 that night.
He went to lunch with some friends and then walked around a couple of stores. Later he had football practice and Scouts. Not the most exciting day. Tyler has been mowing lawns all summer and saving up to buy an i-pod touch. He almost had enough so we chipped in the rest so he could have it for his birthday.
Thank you to everyone who sent him cards, money & gifts. He really enjoyed the birthday wishes. We are so glad that Tyler is part of our family. He is a really good kid and I'm so thankful he is my son. Happy Birthday buddy!
