Brooklynn and McKenna made Valentine boxes in their classes but Lauren's class had to create their own at home. Lauren scoured the Internet and found a picture she liked and set about working on it. We had fun working together and I thought it turned out really cute.
She also wanted homemade Valentine cards and again, searched the Internet for something she liked. She had found a cute Popcorn card and wanted to create something similar. I remembered I had some popcorn bags so we made a cute tag and put a package of popcorn inside.
Of course all the girls had to wear pink or red and I tried to work some hearts into their hair that day.BROOKLYNN

This was one of the best Valentine's days Chris and I have had in a long time. Chris gave me flowers and I gave him Cinnamon Rolls (his current obsession). I was on a no-dessert fast for the month so it complicated Chris' gift-giving. We went out to lunch and dinner and Chris took the night off which was so nice. We had a really nice day.
