Science Fair

Lauren recently had to put together a project for the school science fair. I've never been overly thrilled about this project but she came home really excited. Her teacher gave the kids several ideas and Lauren instantly decided to research Human Behavior. She had a basic idea when she came home and everything came together pretty easily. The premise of the project was to see if packaging really mattered when it came to receiving a gift. If "Bigger" really is "Better", and if the type of wrapping paper plays a part. We had all the neighborhood kids and lots of cousins stop by to conduct some research. In the end, we were all stunned to find out that out of the 50+ kids she interviewed, it was dead even! So she came to the conclusion that a present is a present and doesn't matter what size or how it is wrapped. It was a fun experiment and Lauren is totally fascinated with human behavior now so I guess the whole purpose of holding a science fair was a success. It certainly piqued her interest.
