This year the 4th graders did something new for their county reports. The kids were asked to make a parade float out of a shoebox representing the county they had researched. All the research and report parts were done at school so only the float had to be made at home. McKenna chose Millard County which is known for its ATV trails, farming/agriculture and fossil beds. McKenna did this all on her own. ;0) Thanks to my friend Katie who took the pictures since I couldn't be there. Here they are parading around the school:
