It just feels like a magical day...

I don't know what it is about a beautiful day that just makes me happy. I woke up this morning and looked outside and thought, "Wow, what a gorgeous day." Now some may say, "How can 12 degrees be beautiful?" I will admit that it was freezing. The kind of cold that makes it difficult to breathe and is so dry your skin flakes just thinking about the cold. But the sky was blue and the sun was shining and all the dry snow from last week was just sparkling. It looked like someone took a gigantic bottle of glitter (the pretty dainty, white sparkly kind) and dumped it over the whole world. Then, there was a slight breeze blowing so the sky was filled with swirling sparkles and it was just spectacular. As part of my new years resolutions, I'm trying to be more grateful and have a positive attitude. Today, it was easy to do that. I just feel happy today. I tried to take some pictures of the swirling sparkles but they didn't turn out so good. It is just such a magical, sparkly, beautiful day!
