Teaser
I have wanted to cut my hair for months. Literally, MONTHS. I wanted something different from the usual bob to the shoulders I normally do. I have been scouring the internet and hair magazines to find a cut that would work with my difficult hair. I finally decided on something and decided it had to be done before I left for my brothers wedding. Well, the person I was going to have cut it (who came HIGHLY recommended) got really sick and I didn't want to call her. So because everyone I asked for a recommendation, recommended her, I didn't know where to go. I did the ole eeny meeny miney mo game in the yellow pages...aka Google these days...and Voila, new haircut. Unfortunately, I don't have any after pictures yet. I also didn't like the before pictures, so I'll leave you with this. I had never intended to donate my hair to Locks of Love because I wasn't going to cut it that short. But, here are my two, yes two, ponytails to donate...10 inches. One of my ponytails was thicker than any of the other ponytails the salon had to donate from a whole head! I have very thick hair. Anyway, I LOVE it. I will try and post pictures later...or you might just have to wait until the next time you see me!

I love that you are donating your hair to Locks of Love. I tried getting Vanessa to do this, as she just had her hair cut last weekend. She was a little freaked out by it, but I tried to explain to her that it is a really great organization. She didn't buy it. I was really sad! I'm super excited to see your new cut!

Hey this is amanda reynolds-or as you know me, connelly! i just wanted to say hi, via lisa blog. what a cute family you have. hope all is going well for you guys. let chris know i was really sad to hear that his mom passed away and that i remember staying that there house while my parents were gone on busniess and she would make some great food and playing out on that big hill in the back yard. good times. take care.
