I got my car back today...FINALLY! I feel so blessed that everything...every last penny (minus the band-aid fix in Rexburg...which incidentally was about 63 times the average cost of a box of band-aids) was covered. The mechanic had to beg, BEG, beg, to get the parts people to cover it since the fine print in the warranty was 1 year or 12,ooo miles, whichever came first, and we were under the 1-year (by 2 days) but at almost 13,000 miles. He finally got them to cover it and then double and triple checked everything to make sure it was working properly. I don't think he ever wants to see us again! And truthfully, I don't ever want to see him again either. (Does anyone really enjoy seeing their mechanic?) This is the 3rd time this a/c unit has been replaced!! It's the only real problem we've had with this car...but hopefully the last. Anyway, hot days are welcome again.Friday, July 31, 2009

Is there anything worse than car troubles? Yes, having to pay to get them fixed. I'm so glad you were able to use your warranty though, yay:)
What a blessing, 48 hours left on your warranty! Hah! They still had to honor it! Those party people should be nicer! Glad you got it fixed. Riding in a hot car is zero fun. :o|
Oh my goodness - I'm SO happy for you! What great luck!! Hurray!!
And wow, you *have* been busy! Seeing all your family pictures makes me miss Idaho so badly!
Ok, and that surfin' slide looks so fun! I have long maintained that the BEST water parks in the world are in Utah and that one looks like it's no exception!!
OK, I'm a terrible sister-in-law! I did not even know your car was broken! I'm glad it's fixed!
