The other day I walked in to find Lauren, McKenna and Brooklynn playing "Barbershop" with dolls and scissors. Every mother's nightmare! (You may remember that McKenna cut Brooklynn's little sprout right of the top of her head when Brooklynn was about 18 mo. old) I quickly explained why we NEVER play barbershop with small children and made her put it all away. I tried to take some preventative measures by promising both McKenna and Brooklynn that we'd get their haircut in the next couple of days by a PROFESSIONAL!! We talked briefly about never cutting hair and I prayed like crazy that nobody would cut anybody else's hair. The next day I called up my neighbor friend and asked if she had time to cut the girls hair. She did a great job and the girls looked very cute. Now, if I could just recreate what she did. How do they do that? Is it some secret power that they can create looks that you can't recreate at home? She even showed me how and I still didn't do it quite right.

Gorgeous girls! I love their hair! I agree, what magic do they possess in those curling irons?!!
What beautiful girls! And I agree with you about hair peoples special powers. The wind will blow as I'm walking out of the door after getting it cut and there it goes, it will not look that good again until the next time I go back:(
Darling hair and even more darling girls!
How darling! I especially love little Brooklynn's bangs!
