Yesterday was the first day of school. I'll be honest, it wasn't a day too soon. The kids are always just as excited on the first day. Not one of them wanted us to walk them into school! Of course we had to take all the traditional first day pictures and they all grumped about it. We had to chase McKenna down she was so excited. Lauren and Tyler were both pretty much mortified that we followed them to class and made them stand for a picture. But, in the end, we got all the photographic evidence we needed to embarrass them later as well. Hope we have a wonderful year!
