Tyler earned his Tenderfoot Rank at his Court of Honor last month. He is doing really well in the program and is one of the patrol leaders for his troop. He has been working hard and has earned a few merit badges. I'm so glad he is enjoying this experience because his Webelos year nearly turned him against Scouting forever. (He didn't have a leader for 95% of year and had to do everything with me!)
The gentleman in the red is his leader over the boys in our ward and the older gentleman is the Scoutmaster over the whole troop. They do a great job!

I have to say, one reason I'm okay with not having any boys is Scouts. I am so intimidated by scouts for some reason, but this also means that I am very impressed by boys who do it and by the help they get from their families. Especially during Webelos I guess:) Way to go!
