President's Day

Every year we head to Malad to go snowmobiling and sledding over President's day weekend. I think we are getting older and lazier because all we (Chris and I) wanted to do was lie around and watch the Olympics, read and catch up on some movies. However the kids weren't too keen on that. We did go up to the ranch and sled once but we didn't get out the snowmobiles. We took Roxy with us and she LOVED it! She had so much fun and ate her weight in snow. Lucky for the kids Uncle Jason talked Chris into taking the kids to see The Lightening Thief (which is no quick trip to the local theater...there isn't one! It's over an hour away!).

Roxy...trying to "hop" her way through the knee-deep snow.

Brooklynn with her little snow creature...Chris made the mistake of thinking it was a fair game in a snowball fight. She was NOT happy!

Tyler and Lauren tried to get Roxy to sled down the hill...that didn't turn out so well.

Tyler, my handsome boy

McKenna zooming down the hill. She loves to sled!

Tyler and Roxy...we lost a lot of boots that day.

Lauren wanted to try snow-sled-board-ing
