Hippity, Hoppity Festivities

This year Easter just snuck up on me. I was so busy with some other things...soccer, track, lauren's birthday, etc. that it was here before I knew it. We did manage to get a visit from the Easter bunny and attend the annual city Easter Egg Brawl Hunt. I really don't like this whole city hunt but the kids do and it's become an annual thing. This year though was the best one in the past five years. It wasn't bitterly cold, no rain, no snow, we got good parking and got out really quick. And, Yogurtland was passing out some pretty cool freezer/cooler type bags which will come in really hand this summer for picnics. The Easter bunny had an off year and seemed to mess up everyone's baskets. I think next year he is going on strike. I think the kids are all on to him anyway.
