The Worst Day Fishing is Still Better than the Best Day at Work
Or something like that. The state had a free fishing day this past weekend that the kids heard about several months ago. Tyler wrote it on the calendar to make sure that we didn't miss it since we never go fishing as a family. We actually had a pretty busy day but we managed to squeeze in a little time to take a quick run up to the Provo river and do a little fishing. Lauren was with friends so she missed out. We didn't catch anything so she didn't miss much.

What a fun activity! I know the kids had fun at the Fishing Hole when you came up for a visit. I hope the kids had fun and weren't too disappointed a giving the fish a free pass this time. The fish probably went, "whew!" :o)
