Fall Round-Up

Oops, forgot to post this a few weeks ago...

So I pretty much stink at the whole blogging thing. I keep telling myself that I will do better but really, I just can't seem to get it together. I hardly even take pictures of anything anymore. I still haven't taken a single picture of any of Tyler's games. CRAZY!! Tomorrow might be my last chance too. Anyway, we've stayed pretty busy this Fall. Speaking of Fall it has been a BEAUTIFUL fall! The weather has been so nice and I love the crisp mornings and evenings, warm days, gorgeous foliage. Anyway, we have spent many beautiful evenings watching Tyler play football. He has had a really good season and played really well. Lauren has been busy with the school play and both McKenna and Brooklynn have been taking after school classes. We just had our annual Primary Sacrament Meeting Program and all three girls did great. Brooklynn had the longest part in the whole program besides the talks and memorized the whole thing. I was really proud of her. I've been really busy with PTA, school, primary and a host of other things. We were able to spend Conference weekend in Malad with Grandpa and Uncle Jason. While we were there we drove up the canyon to see the changing leaves. It was really pretty up there and a gorgeous day. I got a little festive for dinner the other night and made mummy dogs and pumpkin dippers. The kids thought it was fun and I felt like I got some "fun mommy" points for the day.
In other food news, Brooklynn is trying to make sure she will like at least one thing on her plate. I gave her a plate of food and when I came back she had added a little "something extra" to her plate. I'm not sure which food group candy corn falls under but whatever. Good thing I snuck in the garden delight pasta (a whole serving of vegetables!).
